It is our desire to provide excellent customer service at all times. Due to the nature of this business, Karyn Clements may be out of office at irregular times due to photoshoots, weddings, events, client meetings and general errands taking her away from her mobile and emails. She aims to be present with the people she is with in order to give them her undivided attention and the best customer service experience.

If you do not receive a response to your emails within 48 – 72 hours, especially during peak season (between September – March in Australia), please send a follow up email as we may not have received it.
